Australia realised that you could have the best of both even if it means sabotaging relations with China. Who wouldn't want a ton of Chinese cash (thanks to iron ore) and also top of the line American weapons?
I think it's more likely that the US sells their half retired LA's to Australia since both US and UK have full shipyards and AUS has zero industrial capability in this area.

@FairAndUnbiased bro that is how the US impose their imperialism like they had done to us here in the Philippine, selling outdated weapon with a high price, imposing conditionality then want to maintain bases in your country cause you can't defend yourself....LOL but regarding Australia its not country its part of the US, the 52nd state.

Ever wonder why the West considers China as a monolith?
Because white anglos as a people are a monolith; no matter the country, be it non nuclear New zealand or Rhodesia of the Pacific, Australia, anglos always stick together like the Aryan Brotherhood and co-operate based on white anglo supremacy Uber Alles.

France should have known better, not being anglo, the french should always remember their place in the white anglo world order; at least DeGaulle had cojones to look out for French interests; we can only hope france can find its spine again.

I'm inclined to believe now that the Chinese motion for a war crimes tribunal in A-stan is targeted at australian and US war criminals
Interesting, how are they going about that ? I read somewhere that the US doest not let its soilders be charged for war crimes by foreign countries.

Maybe it won't succeed but it'll put the spotlight on the Anglos and reveal the hypocrisy of their campaign against China; it'll make ppl on the fence less likely to support the Anglos when they see that UN sponsored human rights prosecutors are going after anglo soldiers.
