Maybe in Europe but definitely not in the US. It's probably going to be while before the US goes all electric. Just like how the US has bad cell-phone coverage, it's going to be the same with charging stations. And then everyone will have to have their own fast charger at home. Then I bet like taking COVID-19 vaccines, there will hold-outs that want to keep gasoline engines alive. Someone will associate getting rid of gasoline engines with the Holocaust.

Vikrant started construction in 2005 and is still under construction. Maybe they are installing naan breadmaking machines accounting for the delay.

What are they talking about India ahead China is space technology?
They should be able to install naan breadmaking machines on their CV relatively quickly if they are imported from China.

China-Russia relations develop by leaps and bounds — Chinese foreign minister
According to Wang Yi, these relations have always been based on mutual support

BEIJING, June 1. /TASS/. Chinese-Russian relations are developing by leaps and bounds, China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi said in a video message to participants in the international conference Russia and China: Cooperation in a New Era.

"Our relations are developing by leaps and bounds and are at a high level," he said. "Mutual support has always been a firm basis of bilateral relations. The two countries have always supported each other’s key interests and ways of development."

"Twenty years ago we witnessed a historical moment — the signing of the Treaty on Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation between Russia and China," Wang said. "This treaty has become a platform and basis for benign relations between the two countries."

Wang stressed that the past twenty years had shown that "bilateral relations have stood the test of the new time."

He also pointed out that "Russia and China have become each other’s strategic support for further development."

"The list of bilateral projects keeps growing, and the interests of the two countries get intertwined ever more tightly," he concluded.

I find it so weird that when the Vikrant was under construction, China had no ACs at all, then 10+ years later, China now has 2 ACs and 1 almost done and the Vikrant is still not yet in service. I'm sure no one(including me) would ever entertain such a scenario back then. There is something deeply wrong with Indian Army procurement.

At this point, Type 003 would be launched before Vikrant enters service - Hell, it might even enter service before INS Vikrant does lol.

The Vikrant debacle is typical of what we've seen with Indian military procurement.

India has an old habit of punching above its weight. The reality is that they simply cant afford to build ACs. They have to space it out decades in order to manage costs.

What a man, Russian FM Sergey Lavrov

"Nowadays, when a number of Western countries seek to destroy the UN-centric international legal architecture and replace it with their own ‘rules-based order,’ bilateral dialogue on the global arena is particularly important. Moscow and Beijing are consistent supporters of the formation of a more fair, democratic and thus stable polycentric system of the world order <...> The very fact of Russian-Chinese convergence on this issue has had a stabilizing influence on the entire system of international relations," he said.
"Among other things, it lays solid groundwork for the formation on our shared continent - from Lisbon to Jakarta - of a new geostrategic blueprint for peace, stability, and economic prosperity, based on the principles of international law and transparency, opened to all countries without exception, including the members of the EAEU, the SCO, ASEAN, and, in the future, also the EU," the foreign minister continued.

A visionary who can see, anticipate and influence the future. This is a true partnership or even an alliance
"Aiding the learning of the Russian language in China and the Chinese language in Russia should be an unquestionable priority, in our opinion, as well as the dialogue with the youth, who will soon take over when it comes to developing and multiplying the traditions of the Russian-Chinese partnership," Lavrov pointed out.

There, fixed it for you. ;)

India always vastly overestimate its capabilities and have grand ambition far beyond their capabilities or competence. Yet they also resolutely refuse to learn any lessons from past mistakes and seem to think doing everything exactly the same way will somehow magically yield completely different results.

It’s like every time India sets its sights on something, it takes an almighty swing at it, but always misses and punches itself in the balls. Rather than try to work out what went wrong and improve its technique, they just pick a new, even harder target and take a bigger swing aimed at their own balls again.

It was really the pinnacle of western arrogance to believe that Russia needed the west more than the west needed Russia:

Just as it was the arrogance of the anglos to assume they could treat China like another Japan; now, China's the prime backer and spoiler for every single one of the USG's foreign policy strategies, from Russia to Iran:
