Please do not feel pity for Adar Poonawalla. He is an Indian billionaire who was trying to make a quick profit from gambling on a vaccine. Now he lacks raw materials from USA to make money and is shedding crocodile tears.

But if it does, Adar Poonawalla, Serum’s chief executive and the only child of the company’s founder, will become one of the most tugged-at men in the world. He will have on hand what everyone wants, possibly in greater quantities before anyone else.

The way he wrote his tweet made him look like a sad figure. But this guy is filthy rich and safe from the troubles of India's commoners.

How the Quad Can Match the Hype

It’s the Best Hope for Balancing China in the Indo-Pacific

By Dhruva Jaishankar and Tanvi Madan
April 15, 2021

Last month, a once obscure diplomatic grouping suddenly took center stage in the defining geopolitical competition of this century. When the leaders of the Quad—a coalition among Australia, India, Japan, and the United States—met virtually on March 12, its members proclaimed a new chapter in Indo-Pacific competition. The four leaders called the gathering a “spark of hope to light the path ahead” and promised collaboration on everything from COVID-19 vaccination campaigns and maritime security to climate change and infrastructure investment.

The logic behind such an effort is clear. A more assertive China is extending its influence across the Indo-Pacific and around the world. Existing alliances and institutions aren’t up to the task of addressing the consequences, and domestic politics across the region mean that an “Asian NATO” is off the table. That’s where the Quad comes in: as its members increasingly find themselves at loggerheads with Beijing,

Most Taiwanese I talked to have no desire to defend Taiwan. They want independent but don't want to make any sacrifice to obtain it. It always comes down to the US and Japan and the world would come to save them from China.

Don't know enough Japanese to make a judgement but most opinion and survey seem to indicate Japanese youngsters don't feel like they have an obligation to defend Japan.
Delusions of grandeur I tell ya. They're no different than the mo..ns in the Philippines who keep on misleading the Filipino public that Uncle G.I. Joe will be there to save them against the big bad China.

No, UK Did Not Say That "China is Committing Genocide of Uyghurs"

Fake news mainstream media and social media influencers have been screaming for the last 24 hours that “UK says China is committing genocide against Uyghurs.” Once again, anti-Chinese propaganda involves hysteria, exaggeration and distortion. No, the country of United Kingdom did not pass any such bill or make a formal statement. Instead, the drama was orchestrated by a tiny group of anti-China zealots who do not represent the entire country. Let’s explain:
**1. On April 22, the UK’s House of Commons passed a NON-BINDING resolution which asserted that China is committing genocide. “Non-binding” means it is not even a bill and has no effect on the government of the UK. This is just virtue-signaling.
**2. To represent the entire Britain, a resolution must

five stages of deliberations in each of the two chambers — House of Commons and House of Lords — and be approved by the Queen. Thus, this resolution is just political posturing — just like what happened in Canada and the Netherlands.
**3. Wait, it gets better. There are 650 members in the British House of Commons. Guess how many voted for this sensational gimmick? About 22 people voted for this resolution!!! Here’s the photo of actual proceedings on this genocide bill:

Here’s Nus Ghani, the virulently anti-China MP, reading her resolution to all of her 20 or so Sinophobic buddies (who have also been recently sanctioned by China):

(By the way, Nus Ghani was born in Kashmir, the most militarized region in the world where the Indian government has killed thousands of militants and has imposed severe Martial Laws. Perhaps Nus Ghani should focus on her birthplace or on Palestine).
**4. THREE percent of ONE legislative body does not speak for an entire nation. If there is truly a genocide happening, every member of the pretentious and sanctimonious UK parliament — including Boris Johnson and his cabinet — would have and should have participated in this vote.

**5. So, why can’t we get the exact number and name of the people who voted for this farcical, non-binding resolution? Because the vote was approved by voice! They didn’t even have the guts to go through a formal process. (The

of speeches for this resolution shows 22 people).

**6. This is not democracy or diplomacy. This is a circus of drunken monkeys. These handful of demagogues DON’T represent the House of Commons, let alone the entire country of the UK.
**7. A

was carried out in the U.N. in 2018, when ONE American went to ONE committee and made an unsubstantiated claim about “1 million Uyghurs in detention centers.” The media then turned this into a fake headline of “UN says China has 1 million people in concentration camps.”

**8. One last thing about this charade: The people passing the resolution couldn’t even properly pronounce the words “Uyghur” and “Xinjiang” — the clowns turned them into “Wee-JURS”, “Yoo-Gaar”, “Jen-Jaang” and “Jing-Jang.” And I bet, if you gave these people a map of China, most won’t be able to point to Xinjiang, the largest Chinese province that is also four times the size of Germany! Pure COMITRAGEDY.

The West spends too much time on propaganda and lies, trying to sabotage China’s rise. In my

, you can see how even in the 1990s, Western countries — USA, UK and others — were actively supporting Uyghur separatists and terrorists to destabilize and balkanize China.

P.S. Here’s the

Lol, sooner or later, Japan won't be part of anything since they have so much debt (I mean compare the ratios between China and Japan and the USA and your eyes may pop at the sheer level of incompetence of the Japanese government, with numbers like that, it is no wonder many people in Japan have no hope for the future), that really, if the USA ends up defaulting on its debt and lose it's world reserve currency status, forget China, Japan is going to be next in line on the chopping block since with no plans on selling the US treasuries, they are going to be in some deep economic shit sooner or later. Japan as it is now has literally no plan or way to confront the change in times
i don't know what it is with nations like vietnam and japan and to a lesser degree, south korea who are basically wannabe Chinas and harbour a deep-seated oedipal hatred of China despite wanting to desperately to BE China.

They don't necessarily want to be Chinese, they want to BE China in the sense that THEY want to be the oldest, most continuous civilisation in the world.
You see this to some degree with modern americans who want to BE Romans but wouldn't have even been considered equal to Romans even back when Caesar was filling the senate with Gaulish senators.

Well tbf she's from Pakistan side of Kashmir ,so she never faced any oppression herself. Nevertheless what a shameless pos. One would expect that she must've raised the genocide that has taken place in Indian Occupied Kashmir but no, not a word on it.

Also she's a conservative, her party has done noting but vilified Muslims in UK, her boss has called Muslim women letterboxes (for wearing Abhaya). I can bet she isnt even a practicing Muslim. Yet she is milking her name and trying to act as a voice of Muslims.
Just like China has its Gordon Changs/ Melissa Chans. Even Kashmir/Pakistan has its fair share.

She is in the UK parliament, which means she has to be a minion for the UK polity to be acceptable. Shameless perversion of character nonetheless.
