Lieutenant General
It seems like US police are the most brutal in world. They seems never use warning shot (shoot to the air). They simply shoot the victim if he/she doesn't comply to order and the shooting are always fatal. Multiple vital shots at a suspect (which sometime doesn't do anything wrong). They do not try to neutralize the suspect, they simply try to kill him/her. They kill a human like killing an animal.
Correction, they only do that to non-whites. There are innumerable examples of Caucasians armed and clearly acting aggressively while police stood back and did what you expect police to do - do everything they can not to shoot when there was no immediate threat to themselves or others. Indeed, there are many examples where white suspects were actively trying to attack police and still there is massive hesitation in shooting them.
Case in point. Now can anyone imagine them showing such restraint if the attacker was black?
This is reinforced by the swift justice meted out to any American police officers who shoot and kill Caucasians without bulletproof justification. You just need to contrast the killing of Justine Damond, the white women who was shot and killed after calling police about a possible rape she overheard.
Compare that to any number of just as egregious, if not more so, cases where ethnic minority civilians are fatally shot by American police under complete indefensible circumstances, yet the police department still closes ranks around them and I challenge people to say there isn’t institutionalised racism of the most blatant kind at play.
