It is "on par" on paper, but it is untested in battle though.
Ukraine uses some of the same defense system that Israel uses. Israel has an 95+% interception rate the first few days until ammo is dwindling.

NOPE, Israel has a Multi-Country, Multi-Layered ground to air defense system consisting of The Patriot, THAAD, David Sling, Iron Dome and the Arrow Defense System. Is not even close to 95%, they still got wrecked.
I remember the days when Ukraine said they shot down all but 1-3 missiles in a certain city and then videos get posted showing more than 3 missiles hitting targets in the very same city on that day.
