one phenomenon is that there seems to be a wall at around 1962 or so with a majority of politicians being older than this and the number of politicians younger than this dropping exponentially, to the degree where there are almost no national level politicians born in the 70's.

This is a major distinction in Chinese history - those born significantly before this date did not participate in the regular gaokao, while everyone born afterwards did.

This missile is constantly upgraded and very short preparation time that not even satellite and AWACS can alert before it stuck. It has smaller warhead relative to other missiles thats why Russia dont use widely. Ukranian dont realize that part.

There are two serious problems that defenders of the Ukrainian skies face in countering the Onyx missiles:

  • These missiles are hypersonic, so air defense forces have critically little time to detect and destroy them;
  • Detection is further complicated by the fact that this missile flies at low altitude.
This is why the Ukrainian air defense is not yet capable of effectively counteracting the Onyx missiles. It is worth noting that there have been repeated reports of the alleged destruction of such missiles by air defense forces, but the Air Force has never officially confirmed such data.

Its not men only. This expensive real estate in Dagestan is due to expensive version of tourism. The blonde girls (there could be Ukranian /Belrussian blondes or others) that Putin consider real Russians can afford tourism on this scale where they get educated on culture. This Putin way of bringing change without using visible hard power.
