According to this, it started with the hedge funds, they are having sell off treasuries because they can’t get the funds through lending and they have to cover their margin calls because the stock market got nuked. At least that’s from my limited understanding someone more versed please explain.

The way I see it. The US dollar will appreciate into the stratosphere while other Nation currencies will depreciate in the end it will offset the Trump Tariffs. Making it kinda moot and idiotic. In conclusion, I don't think China is dumping the US dollars.
Stocks were always speculative.

Yeah exactly.
Everyone who works as an analyst in that industry have that number, not even 1% just half, and that is assuming the worst.
