You make same wage as in most European countries in China, but you don't get taxed into the dirt and prices aren't set to unreasonable levels

Plus the economy is booming and tech gets much more quickly adopted

I can see a lot of reasons why people from some western countries move, the main difficulty is just language and culture

It is reasonable to run away from some regime that wants to tax you 50% while making your necessities unaffordable so you can't even save up for anything major. Especially when said regime just sends most of that money to Washington, another regime that you've never elected and feel no loyalty/closeness with. At least in fascist and third world dictatorships, the money is given to local elites and public spending is used to increase nationalism. Not so in most of the "West".

I don't want to read anything coming from that fat bastard who was fake crying at some U.S. think tank symposium decrying the supposed and fake genocide of his "seditious Chinese Uyghur friends" when this same sad sack of a man (who hasn't said no to a buffet) never said anything remotely critical to the actual genocide happening in Gaza being committed by the members of the holy people.

Thanks buddy, but I did it at 85kg bodyweight, nowhere near as impressive as her. She actually holds a few records in this! That's the real reason why i love her so much. :cool:

What's the point of complaining about it, if there is no mechanism to punish CK or any mechanism to stop the sale?

Otherwise if the CPC keep complaining but doesn't back up their complaint with clear threats and the sale still goes through, it just makes them look weak and makes the company seem defiant.

They need to do something to show they can prevent the sale. All those assets for a measly 19 billion? Wtf do the US have on the CK leadership?

I am surprised the MSS didn't know about this.

We will see if it's all whining by April 2nd. That's the deadline for finalizing the deal
