I starting to think that MS financial media "journalists" think that their readers are retarded, some may probably are. At f*cking course if you cap income between 3000-25000, you are not counting people who are moving outside that threshold who already earning more than 25000.
Also what is considered "middle class" is different from country to country. Being middle class in the US is not that same as being middle class in Guatemala. Is stupid.

India has been lagging behind on renewable energy because they know China dominates the ecosystem. They prefer using filthy coal in order not to help China, by importing solar panels and wind turbines from the country. They tried to compete with their own domestic industry but failed.
The same India is now begging the world for more money at the COP climate conferences. Pathetic country.
