For as long as the U.S. have bases in Japan, the answer is NO.

EDIT: That actually is an interesting point. Nazis, which are absolutely worse than terrorists, are allowed into Canada while Syrians are not. It's almost as if the colour of their skin is a bigger factor than their ideology.

Even if you have no political views on Canada, India and Khalistani movements you should still support banning RSS as it is straight up a fascist movement, it is a textbook modern day example. If the world doesn't reject fascism, then maybe it's time to overturn the post WWII world order and start a WWIII to establish a new world order. Otherwise people will wonder what was the real purpose of fighting WWII.
