They plan to station Dark Eagle batteries in Japan. Do not be surprised if they start doing "nuclear weapons sharing" similar to what is done in Europe with certain NATO countries.

No, given proximity, if japan and south korea get nukes, then Cuba gets nukes as well as access to Chinese and Russian satellite targeting.

It's puzzling that China don't attempt to put their military in Cuba like Soviet Union while the US has theirs around China. Given Cuba economy, I think making a favorable deal will not be that difficult.
