Are you saying that the Filipinos are less tolerant to working in Singapore compared to Indian? Surely working conditions in Singapore are not any worse than the some ME countries (where there are many Filipino workers) unless there is significant gap in pay. I do not see this cost of living and working conditions as a major barrier. I can see why there are less Chinese migrant workers as they can perhaps find better work opportunities elsewhere. It seems that Singapore has a preference for Non=Asean migrant workers and I have to wonder why?

Or perhaps South Asian workers are willing to work for lesser pay?

Bro I share your sentiment, if you ask me it's perfect and it only take a 3 hour flt and the food is great too, BUT its about the atmosphere and ambiance, when you're not welcome why stay, a perfect example is my heart surgeon who is renowned in SEA, Dr Nelson Lee, he was accorded in Singapore and was offered a flat to stay and work in a Singaporean hospital, he refuse and prefer to stay here. You might think that he missed a golden opportunity but staying here he can earned more as the cost of living is considerable less than in Singapore. And also he had more client from SEA cause the cost of operation is cheaper here.
