Looks like China wants to roll the dice on Boeing's planes not falling out of the sky. Not sure that's wise. The intensity of the geopolitical competition is now such that I would not be surprised if they sell planes to China that can be intentionally crashed at the flip of a remote switch. If war starts, they flip a switch and every Boeing in China falls out of the sky. Tens of thousands or hundreds of thousands dead in an instant (depending on how many are in the air at that time and what high population density areas they crash in).

Israelis couldn't defeat a smaller and weaker Hezbollah in 2006, what chance do they have against a stronger and more developed Iran today?
Because Hezbollah isn't exactly operating at state level; it is mostly a non-state actor involved in asymmetric warfare which Western armies have always struggled against. The comparison with Iran is specious, as the government must safeguard it's own integrity while being responsible for every sector of the entire country. More to lose for Iran leaves it with limited options.

Iran's biggest hand is the ability to close the narrow Strait of Hormuz, not an attack on Israel, should events really escalate. That will plunge the region and many global countries into a recession. Seeing how multiple advanced countries have failed to pacify Yemen in a similar scenario, countering Iran in this is pretty much impossible.

accept your argument that the the vast majority of the Muslim World are ok with China. Yet there are a significant minority who still believe the Western lies fed to them by the Muslim Brotherhood. I have observed that where the Muslim Brotherhood is influential, like in Malaysia, many Muslims there who were pro-Palestine would also readily believed Western lies like the Srebrenica Massacre, evil Assad, and the Uighur genocide. They believed them anyway because they trust the Muslim Brotherhood. This is one of the problems of the Muslim world.
There doesn't exist a place that is 100% pro-china. No one is immune to anti-china propaganda. Even a lot of overseers Chinese Americans or Chinese Canadians buy into western propaganda.

Muslim world is the least likely to fall into western propaganda because they've been dealing with it for a long time.

Also we should not underestimate western propaganda. It made a country like Japan worship them after US literally dropped nukes into their cities and after US military men regularly engage in raping underage japanese women.

Even Singapore, a country that doesn't have much in common with US aside from it's economic model has large percentage of people who believe America is an angel.

Indians while talking big and negative about america at the end of the day will always trust their white masters over whatever China says because their colonial brains have been conditioned to worship whites.

What is FLG?
Falun Gong. You don't even know what that is don't you? Yet you call yourself smart. You call others propagandists for the West. Yet you don't even know who you have quoted from.
Yeah I guessed so. You can't even remember your own Israel nuclear conspiracy school boy theories. Lazy in research, and full of speculations. Yet you think yourself as an expert in nuclear warfare.

No. I like to correct anyone infected by propaganda and wants to discuss complicated topics whilst not knowing the basics. You don't even the basics of these philosophies and throw out these terms just like CNN and Fox News; you are, in essence, the same as Western propagandists.

And in all other religions and no religions. People everywhere like to interpret and misinterpret for their own motives, you being one of them. This thread regularly highlights anti-China Chinese people.

I don't need to answer it. If you want to trust them or not, go right ahead. It has no bearing on what I've written.

And?

My point exactly. Everybody from everywhere does it. But you've isolated two groups and blamed it on their philosophy with fabricated nonsense when in fact it's a universal human trait.

What am I refusing? Lol. You are just butthurt at being corrected about your misinformation regarding Salafis and Wahhabis. Why don't you show us from an Islamic source (or rather from a Salafi/Wahhabi) that these groups are bent on a global caliphate as you originally implied? Then we will know if your words have any merit or if you are, as I stated, perpetuating Western propaganda nonsense. You just can't handle being corrected.

I'm not dismissing you for criticizing the Islamic world. I am dismissing you for your incorrect use of labels and terminologies. You don't know what is Muslim Brotherhood, Salafi, or Wahhabi. You simply do not know. All you know about it is what Western media propagates; your position is 100% inline with CNN, Fox News, etc. Even after being corrected, you refuse. You actually put Salafi-Wahhabi together verbatim (LOL). You can be immature and take this as an insult or you can take it as an opportunity to learn. And a good place to start learning is directly from the groups themselves. You don't need to agree with their motives and execution, just as I don't, but your understanding of them is both categorically and theoretically flawed.
I had already thanked you for clarifying the difference between Salafi and Wahabi. I didn't say you were wrong. But yet again you continue to distract from my criticisms of the extremists from both of them and attack me. Which shows clearly that you don't want to acknowledge these problems. You can't debate hard facts, that is why you resort to insults and distractions. You like to think you're smart, but you clearly live in your own bubble where you assume that anyone who criticizes the Muslim world have been duped by the West.

It's not China that wants to resume the deliveries, it's Boeing that now claims they've passed regulator tests, so they can keep delivering backlogged orders from long ago.

Also that's exactly what the regulators are doing, picking apart everything to identify and intentional or unintentional error that would make the plane unsafe for use.

Imho China should let them delay continously in regulations just to cancel them towards the end, making Boeing take losses on the order.

I think the plane's software needs to be fully audited line by line. I definitely think there will be a kill switch or back door for remote software hijacking in there for the US gov to use as a massive weapon against China. Imagine thousands of planes falling out of the sky in China at the start of a war. Or even worse, all the pilots lose control of their planes and the software flies them into critical Chinese stationary targets (zhongnanhai, military bases, petroleum reservoirs, nuclear power plants, other types of power plants, dams, etc.). The immense damage to cities and lives. It would be a lot more effective than trying to lob missiles at China from Guam, Taiwan, Okinawa, South Korea, or Philippines.

The suggestion is threatening to use nukes will deter China from ever invading Taiwan. They just admitted it's just a strategy to scare China. That just opens the door for China to use nukes without hesitation against the US military. If they think they have to do this because China sees the hesitation in the US in going to war, it's because it's true. That's why you don't see the US and the West sending their troops to fight in Ukraine. They fear the escalation it will go higher despite how they lie to themselves that Russia is losing. What makes China any different when Chinese just have to retaliate using nukes. For some reason Americans think they can make excuses why China can't retaliate in kind with nukes and somehow China has to obey hence why they think this strategy will work. The way you make the US think twice is making it clear how much they will suffer. And that's a low threshold. It comes with the territory where they think their individual lives are so much more important and valuable than everyone else's that they don't want to lose their lives especially for some Taiwanese pansies. They go ape-shit over China putting an assault rife on a robot dog's back. And they're playing with those too. Do you see China getting scared shitless because of it? No wonder they think that will work against the Chinese because of how spineless they are. They think the other side does it more or they do it less... whichever is worse. So no wonder they think China will fall for it.

Why are you using US aggressor language?

China's right to defend itself has never and will never be about "invading" Taiwan. China invaded Taiwan once and for all, in the 1600s when the Dutch owned the place.

This language is spread by US propagandist to justify American takeover of Chinese land, like when Russia say that Ukraine is invading the Donbass or Crimea.

If you are on China's side, you will not use the language of the aggressor.

Use of nukes to threaten the territory of another nuclear state, especially when both are massive nuclear powers, just lead to mutual suicide. There's a reason this is a proposal from nobodies and not US policy.

Decades ago, US had to remove nukes in illegally occupied Taiwan under nuclear ultimatum against a much less armed China.

Because sometimes the only way you can communicate with someone is to speak in their own language.
