I've never heard an Indian say that. Most Indians are not that delusional. The number of cities in China that are dirtier than Mumbai is probably in the single digits.
Yes I've noticed the recent improvement. Last week I ordered something that shows a delivery time of 10 days (to Canada), while previously it was always 30+ days. But Amazon is still much quicker with it's one-day, two-day, and same-day deliveries. To reach that level, I guess AliBaba/Express would require local logistic facilities and warehouses of it's own which don't exist atm I think. If they do get to this point, there is no way Amazon can survive (unless with government interference).

spend more time on twitter; you'll regularly see indians posting pictures of shanghai and passing it off as india.
Egypt is first export customer (follow up order later) and Qatar is second. Earlier export of Rafale were messed up by Sarkozy putting it in North Africa. while not easy to know the sophistication of aircraft unless you fire/receive the missiles but it is highly likely it will not get updates quicker. and there is indirect way of getting this observation of things that are presented regarding Ukraine.
