it is investment opportunity with many parts and its technically more advanced than what already in the region so it will take few years more but i have read they are asking Kuwaitis to invest it and they should since Kuwait is not open to internal development on same scale like UAE, Oman, Qatar.

1) Water from the pristine rivers of Xizang. If the water did came from melting glaciers, that has been the case since the end of the Ice Age already.
2) Or god knows what kind of water from the rivers in India that only they consider as safe for human consumption. Do you trust India to treat this water into a form that is fit for human consumption? When even regular Indians could drink the raw water from these kinds of rivers?
