If you want to create Wealth in this world than follow Mideast Soft Power. Wealthy society has much broader definition than simply paper currency.
Saint Patricks Day does not have any Soft Power. but the Green from Desert very diffferent matter.

certain things are not straight forward. Wealth is created due to US but that Wealth when transfer to EU from Mideast in such way that it cause EU decline along with conflict with Russia.
Migration from Mexico to US is very different than migration to EU as behind them are very sophisticated policy of influence. i dont want to waste further on this topic.
