So what we can learn here is just that US sponsored bots have their agenda in trying to create all sorts of fictional upheaval in China... It's not like most of us are strangers to that game, we see Russians play that as well, exaggerating every minor moral misdeed or misimagined happening in the west as signs of "total moral decline" and "complete collapse". And as unapologetically pro Russian as I'm, I still laugh at these clumsy propaganda in all it's forms.

If you're not doing it on purpose, I implore you to be ever slightly so smarter, so you do not fall into the traps meant for those with shoe sized iq.

Ehhh you do realise that the Russian troll machines worked so well that they influenced the outcomes of both Brexit and 2016 US election, right? The Taiwanese are pretty good, too in terms of “narrative warfare”. It is China that really needs to up its game. There is nobody to blame for except yourself if you don’t play along firmly but patiently. It is a long game, but you got to play if you don’t want to be cancelled.

Got to know your enemy and its perspectives regardless of how low/ridiculous they are. If you keep dwelling in the sweetness of your own bubble and does not explore your rival’s ways of thinking, you are dead set for a nasty surprise when your enemy strikes. This why the Brits and the Americans were played like fools by the Russians in 2016. And of course, the 2019 HK riot and the 2022 white paper movement also caught Beijing by surprise. If you think those things are over and Beijing has already moved on, think again. It is not over. The narrative and foreign influence battle has only begun, and China looks pretty clumsy to me so far in this field.

Keep in mind living in city dont mean rich. And if someone put more time and effort and get more result, no need to punish that. For education and merit it is totally backward.

Its benefit is to appease rural areas. Similar to diversity hire practice in USA.

Gaokao is a meme. It is ridiculed for a reason. For all the goods China has Gaokao is not one of those.

Imagine if all of this resulted in a wider war across the Middle East between the US and Iran... CENTCOM is going to laugh all the way to the bank at the expense of the INDOPACOM.

Meanwhile, if things do come to this, China must be prepared. The primary goal should be the securing of peace in the IndoPac theater, until the end of this decade at the earliest.
