Luckily this is going nowhere ... Multiple countries have already announced their opposition to this initiative.

The European Parliament voted in favour of a bill to implement a number of reforms to the bloc’s treaties, including an almost absolute abolition of the principle of unanimity, in other words, member states’ veto power.

The vote passed with a razor-thin majority of 291 votes in favour to 274 against, with 44 abstentions.

China's current problem lies in willpower and not in material conditions. If all non-anti US traitor politicians can be sidelined or deposed, the country can focus entirely on realizing the destruction of the enemy. The current "issues" gripping America, such as a falling life expectancy and decreased wealth is not enough, China needs to openly and strongly fan the flames.

For 5 decades, Americans practicing America first have laid siege to an demobilized and apathetic China, yet failed to make progress. It's now time for China to act according to China first.

You are being too emotional. Thankfully China’s leaders don’t care about emotions and only care about logic, facts and results.

What you suggest will guarantee that China and America destroy each other in another world war. That is not China’s goal.

China’s goal is to manage the decline of America, which unfortunately and distastefully means they need to also manage the egos and emotions of American leaders and citizens alike.

China’s strategy is to be ready, willing and able to fight America head-on and win completely and have enough of China left afterwards to rebuild; but that isn’t the preferred outcome. So the current best strategy is to buy time by managing America’s decline as every year gained means a bigger and more decisive advantage for China should the fight become inevitable, so more of China can be preserved afterwards.

The hope is that one day the Americans will either wake up and recognise that the gulf in hard power is so great that to fight is to die, so they loose the will to fight a war they will loose purely to spite China and then we can maybe go back to a win-win peaceful co-existence deal. Or that Americans will give in to their baser instincts and natures and turn on each other and collapse into a constellation of warring states and take out their rage and hate on each other on their own soil once they realise genociding China is no longer within their grasp.

incidentally, isn’t it funny the Uighur hoax started rearing up just when Israel needs the heat taken off it for bombing hospitals and murdering children.
Almost as strange how seemingly random Muslim instigated terrorist attacks occured in both Ireland and France.,,

They got no new ideas.

That is how desperate the situation is now for them.

The old smear campaigns did not really work, other than producing more smear campaigns against China. Meanwhile when those smear campaigns were going, China managed to deepen its integration economically and technologically with the rest of the world German car companies in partnerships with Chinese car companies, just one example.

They will not admit these are desperate times for them, for to admit is to accept the position their in and display weakness, and no hope because the rest of Western population does not really give a hoot about these wars Uncle Sam is funding, and losing.

People are not fools. Everyone sees what is going on.

It ain't their day, month, or year.

Well tbh don't they just claim to be the best in the region? So the only stretch they're doing is assuming they're better than Iran. Because all the other countries in the ME have nothing.

It's also not really the brag Israel thinks it is. It's like claiming to have the most powerful military... In sub saharan Africa.
I mean, there is like 10 millions of Ashkenazi Jews. East Asians are on par with them as two highest IQ groups. East Asians are over a billion in number. There is really not much to flex.

If member states lose their veto, they essentially become provinces of single EU country.

Nationalism is a powerful force. EU has kept it at bay by utlizing strong greed for prosperity from the fellow member countries. Plus the western worship and reverence for US also kept them united under one umbrella.

But if that unity becomes a straightjacket because of loss of sovereignty, then Nationalism will blow up in big way. That will be the end of EU for good.

Mossad’s prowess was claimed to be legendary according to boomers et al I guess having Epstein kompromat on western elites did make them particularly formidable but judging by the short sightedness of Israeli and Zionist actions, I’m really not impressed by the supposed

The article does not specify if it requires a supermajority (60%, 66%, 75%) or simple majority (51%), just say it no longer has to be unanimous (100%) votes (i.e., no more individual veto)

This makes a big difference because democracies are gridlocked and polarized that even a simple majority (51%) is challenging. I don't expect it changing anytime soon.
