Also, notice where they arranged Xi in the photo.

They put Xi - The leader of a superpower country with 18% of the world population that has the largest real economy and industrial prowess in the world - closer to the side than to the middle. As if trying to imply that China and Xi is a nobody on the world stage.

The US is really one hilarious, pathetic, loser host.
Guys on the side are all East Asians. I am noticing a pattern here.

Love how the Western media was spinning this as China begging US corporations to come back. No, it's US corporations begging for access to China just like their Western leaders going to China. If you don't need China, you need not to go to China with hat-in-hand especially when they're claiming China's economy has collapsed.

In this case, the butt-hurt overwhelming.

They have no where to run, and no where to hide.

The US media anti-China narrative, does not have an audience, other than the echo chamber, of political nobodies and the same said US media. The feedback loop to nowhere.

The average American, with bills to pay, and living pay cheque to pay cheque, cannot give a hoot about this.

Xi Jinping was given rock star treatment by the captains of American business. America's business, is business, as one famous president said.

What those media pundits thought about the world and in regards to China, total make-believe, dreaming of fantasy island.

This picture sums it up for me.

One addition comment, on a more serious note.

At least, I think it is serious. But I know some people will laugh because it would appear to come out funny.

Essentially those US politicians in that article, are openly talking out loud about possible retribution, with them wanted to know more about this Xi rock star dinner. They want a list of names.

Echos of Uncle Joe.

That is why I do not support political movements in general.

Sooner or later, they come after you too.

So some guy in US politics wants a list of names. Like, he's never getting another big donation ever again.

:D

Same here BRO, The China threat narratives doesn't gain traction anymore, just look at our oligarch control MSM, they have to invite a foreigner to give his insight, so who is their targeted audience? Definitely not us locals so who?

These things are decided well in advance by an agreed formula based on various metrics. If China is being insulted here, what does that say about Japan?

I noticed that too.
They instantly forgot that it was China that refused all meetings with Biden (which they make seem like Xi wanted to avoid humiliation).

Now they spin it as China is desperate for normalization to focus on their domestic agenda, begging for FDI. No mention that Biden has lower polling approval ratings than Trump, no mention how his popularity has plummeted due to Gaza and his bombing of Middle East nation is on threshold of war... It's all China weak weak weak narrative.

The Western media is so shamelessly biased and narrative pushing, it's quite blatant at this point. Even self professed neutral outlets like Reuters is blatantly playing this narrative game.
