I read a bunch of Indian comments online today. I'm surprised by how much China is living rent free in their minds. Tons of messages along the lines of India is important to Uncle Sam, because the west needs India to counter China.

Could Indians really not just say that India is important because it is 1/5 of humanity and it is a superpower?
Not even Jai Hinds are delusional enough to believe that.

This is a dilemma for the anglos
They thought that a five eyes Anglo member rapping India over the knuckles would be enough to get the Indians to behave and fall back in line like the sepoy slaves they are, but seems Modi and his cronies like jaishankar started believing their own copious and bs and decided to escalate.

Dilemma for the Anglo ruling class: let the sepoy slave get away with murdering one of his own citizens in your courtyard because you need him to shed his non white non Anglo blood to fight china, or discipline the sepoy slave before he starts raping and eating your Canadian and Australian daughters and sisters.
Just like they thought threatening sanctions would be enough to get China to capitulate unconditionally. This is what 30 years of unchecked dominance does to a mfer.

Just an Indian comment from the thread:

Most people recognize that time is not on America's side regarding its strategy against China, and the same is true with respect to its use of India against China; the stronger India gets, the more brazenly it will pursue its own interests, which will eventually cause QUAD and the "Indo-Pacific" strategy to implode.

A local tour guide told IndiaToday.in, on the condition of anonymity, that the railing that broke was installed after the Covid-19 pandemic and had been loose for several months before Thursday's incident. He also claimed that there were no ambulances in Fatehpur Sikri and the one used to take the injured tourist had to be summoned from Kiraoli, which is located around 20 kilometres away.

Recently, a poll by Japanese newspaper Mainichi Shimbun revealed that approval for Prime Minister Fumio Kishida's cabinet has dropped to 25%, marking the lowest point since he assumed office. In the Japanese political arena, when a cabinet's approval rating falls below 30%, it is considered to have entered a "danger zone." If it drops below 20%, it is regarded as edging close to the brink of resignation.

Japanese are collectively mentally ill when they keep voting LDP. *Insert Einstein's quote on insanity". New face in the hot seat with the same underlying policies. Probably an indirect path to retirement for these soon-to-be-prime-ministers as well while the real policymakers (political dynasties all the way from 1945 and beyond)lie in the shadows.

Well India's G-20, or more accurately its media hyped, G-20 diplomatic triumph didn't last long. The West is figuring out the obvious that rather than being a "likeminded democracy," India is a wannabee superpower with its own brand of revisionism.

Even as a wannabee superpower, I'm kind of surprised at India's boldness. They've gotten away with quite a bit considering their importance in the US containment of China, but clearly this time they're pushing their luck. Perhaps it'll be soon the West will treat them as a superpower, but not in the way they hoped for and all the while with nothing but their space program to back up such a distinction.
why you think its media hype?. I searched it a bit. India designed the summit and invited guests outside G-20 based on likely hood of there meetings with MBS and MBZ. even that whole meeting of that transport network was about Arabs.
on occasion of G-20 former PM of India made a statement about India playing pivoting role in this new new world order but whose order?. It is the person who addressed Saudi Shura back in 2010. so it seems there is consensus.
It is that quiet diplomacy that people not pay attention and India sophisticated enough to deflect attention to others. I think India has confidence that it has skilled human power that West needs due to its demographics.
