Same principle as forming an economic alliance with other sanctioned countries. Sanctioning Russia and Chinese tech has provided the bridge for sanctioned countries to finally work together rather than embargoing each other just to get a few privileges from the West.

Seeing the image of Churchill wanting to end Chinese civizations pisses me off and I am so glad the Communists (Aka the real Chinese Nationalists) defeat the KMT (The Cucked Chinese Party, altought there were exepctions like Bai Congxi and Dai Li). I honestly wish the Chinese society and Chinese government is even more anti western then they're now (espeacilly in places like Shanghai).

once upon time Macron wanted to reform Lebanon or talking to some women but what ever the reason Gulf Arabs seems not like it and Saudis arrested Lebanese PM. and that economic hell that make sure these Lebanese flee towards Europe since Macron like them so much. and they also drag him in that summer heat. the point i am making is that region is in tight grip of Gulf Arabs. and now they are way more wealthy and sophisticated than any one else. just look closely Azeri-Armenian conflict. Gulf Arabs will benefit.
