According to the last, there is even anti-Hindu incidents. Definitely there are also anti-Muslim incidents from the community as well. If I was brown, I'd probably know even many more details.

Canada is completely irrelevant geopolitically. Trudeau's attempts at getting FVEY joint condemnation already failed because India is infinitely more useful in China containment than Canada is. However, this does reduce western cohesion which is a good thing for China.

I think that India is too large, disorganized, and cumbersome for even the CIA to influence.

I think India stands on its own merits. Even Europeans are hardly with Canada.
India is also very important to Arabs and Israelis.
