I’m not sure China wants that; I’ve heard that they’re lazy and they steal! So does this mean China will also have white servants as India?
Both the leaders of the German regime and some of their business elites are beyond stupid. One of the main reasons for Germany's current deindustrialization is the loss of cheap energy, as the AP article below argues. Instead of blaming the one that instigated the Ukraine War and blew up the Nord Streams, thus cutting off Germany from affordable natural gas, they think China providing them with affordable supply chains as a risk instead.De-industrialization in progress.
The interior ministry wants to present its approach to cabinet from next week but could face resistance from the ministry for digital affairs due to concerns it might affect Germany's already slow progress with digitalization.
Germany went from envy of the world to the worst-performing major developed economy. What happened?
I don't think US will do much about this. I think this another brazen outlandish move by Modi like he has done many times in the past. Like the attack on Pakistan in Balakot, Removal of Kashmir's nominal autonomy and so on. He was confident about getting away with the killings because of strong US desire to woo India against China.
But obviously US cannot allow such killings by "non-western" countries on a five eye country. So, it had to take a step publicly to atleast show some retaliation.
US and other will make some strongly worded statements then forget about it after a few months. Or they may sweep it under the rug in the name of ongoing investigations.
江南事件,that is ROC, not PRC.China did assassinate someone on US soil. Back in the 70s or 80s a writer published a book critical of Chiang Ching-Kuo and ROC got so butt hurt that they sent an assassin to kill the writer. Intense US pressure following the incident indirectly led to the “democratization” of Taiwan.
Wow, that didn't take long. TBH promoting Indian hyper nationalism is a great move for China because it would deepen the rift between Indian and Western countries. If the Indian public becomes nationalist enough, it will ensure that the next Indian president will be a Indian nationalist and not a pro-West one.View attachment 119023
Enemy number 1! Them be fightin words.
Double carrier strike group power projection when?

Pakistan, the best investment China had ever done, the same can be said about the US. Whatever political difference they have BUT in South Asia geopolitical context they're partners.China doesn’t need to and shouldn’t do anything to manoeuvre India because India is actually what the western MSM and political bobble heads accuse China of being and worse: a dangerously emotional and vain upstart power with grandiose ideas of their ‘rightful birthright’ based on religious mumble jumble and a totally whitewashed and largely imaginary history; a capricious, opportunistic and predatorily expansionist power who has unlimited territorial expansionist appetites and will pounce at the first sign of opportunity. The only thing holding them back from doing actual damage on the world stage is their own ineptitude and lack of capabilities.
Conflict between such an upstart power and the western established powers is inevitable. India has just been saved thus far by their own incompetence since they lack the hard power to be considered a credible threat by the west, as well as being shielded by the existence and success of China that has attracted all of the west’s attention and worries. It is ironic that if India had managed to attract the level of attention and ‘respect’ of the west like they so desperately crave, the west would have created a pretext to bomb them back to the Stone Age and shattered their nation into a mass of constantly warring states that they will never be able to amount to anything agin.
India has been the land of dreams and illusions since the Dawn of time, there is no reason or evidence to suggest they will be anything more in the foreseeable future.
Because of geography, China needs to always be wary and ready to defend against the inevitable attempts by India to stab it in the back while China’s attention is focused elsewhere and/or if India believes China to have been temporarily weakened somehow. But also due to geography and India’s own ineptitude, the best they can manage would be a needle poke, and the only place their limited reach can reach is China’s ample butt. Simply put, they were a mere annoyance, not a credible threat.
