No, this level of coordination is not something that can be arranged so quickly, even by a president elect. It looks increasingly like the storming of the capital was a classic false flag operation, where an event was allowed and helped to happen to provide justification for pre-planned moves, of which the social media purge was one; with invoking the 25th/impeachment 2.0 the other core objective.
