The rate of losses for Erdogan has gone down. My calculations put him at 50,9% when 90,6% of votes are counted. I still believe it'll go to the second round.

I base this on 56,2% of votes counted thus far.

EDIT: I base this on AA numbers, not ANKA
Erdogan seems to be outperforming expectations considering western media was spamming about how he was definitely going to lose

Seems like someone at the BBC is coming to terms with the UK behaving like someone slowly realising his best friend is fucking his wife while he's in the hospital because he shot his own foot:

But John Neil and others fear the UK is being squeezed between the US & EU in this new world, especially in industries which had been promised "levelling up".
So, the question is should the UK follow suit, and can it afford to follow suit? There are fears in industry the scale of the intervention elsewhere means that it is already too late.

Oh he's also just pissed off all his neighbours, and is about to be bankrupt.

New calculations with 71,9% of votes counted:

At 99,9%, Erdogan will have the lead with 49,6% and KK 44,6%.

Out of my head, Erdogan has 50-50 chance to win the first round.

So it'll either be a win for Erdogan or it'll go to the 2nd round.

Lmao. The BBC just casually putting in the sentence that the US is targeting the EU industries but made the mistake of making it too public. The harvesting continues on schedule.

One European leader told me the US had said the targeting of European industry was all a "giant accident", and was not meant "aggressively".

On a side note, the environmentalists were in charge of making the “Inflation Reduction Act” instead of their trade/economic team. No wonder the act is a complete and utter joke. Does nothing in combating inflation because it was written by people with an agenda to push.

In the US, insiders said the IRA had been created by Biden's environment team rather than his trade team, who just assumed there was already a relevant trade deal in place with the EU. There was not.
