It is one thing to give out tax benefits to encourage births but entirely different thing if such policy is solely intended to discriminate and one sided in support of certain religious groups. And what about Equality Clause? Both parties are trying to out-compete each others with woke policies.

If somehow we can rework the narrative that way we can foster a cooperative relationship with India; regardless of their pride that they are better than us. We just need to swap the position with west. Make India step on west instead. Make China share glory to India. To do so we have Russia to act as pivot. Convince them western country are dumb, and China is smart, but not smarter than India. This way you earn just enough respect, but not so much that they become jealous. In other words there needs something done on western country. Beating western country is the key to pacifying India.

It's a very nice gesture, however consider the suggestion to not cheat so much and treat the biathlon as a serious opportunity to learn best practice from each team, instead of a show to win some face at any cost.

The "new evidences" for the low confidence report are probably barely better than non-existent. The WSJ never saw the "evidences", and the FBI refused to disclose the "evidences" claiming that they should remain "confidential".
