How dare China holds our debt, and how dare China "grabs" our land as repayment for our debt to China?!

For one, China holds less than 870 billion USD of US debt, which is merely 2.8% of the total US national debt.

Besides, China isn't even in the top 15 of the largest foreign owners of American land - Especially after what happened in Ohio just two weeks ago:

But Chyna threatens our national security!!!

Seriously, are dropping out of Mathematics & Statistic classes among the requirements to become a politician in the US?

The critical difference is that today, the west is no longer seeking to destroy Russia as a country to eliminate a potential challenger and rival, as it was against the USSR.
i am not sure how USSR can be rival to West except for North Korea type approach of threats with no connections.
Saudi Arabia, Israel, Turkey and Iran. All 4 states were aligned with West and they have ideological influence that made USSR ineffective. it can be manipulation of oil prices to scientific base moving to West which cannot happen without Israel.
now all these 4 states are either neutral or cooperating on various levels with Russia. in addition there is ideological transformation of Russia where Orthodox Christianity and Islam is its core. They are basically handing over Ukraine to Southern Military district. it will take time to enlarge size of this district but ultimately it will these people that will control it. while the Russians from North will concentrate more on Canada. All that arctic military transformation is for that purpose.

I think our fears about the west accepting a peace treaty and then ganging up on China is overblown. Looks like the west has no desire for peace based on the Munich Security Conference atmosphere.
Also cemented my belief that none of those European/western nations can formulate a plan that involves long term thinking and consequences. Instead they let all the Karen’s and war mongers take to the centre of the stage and try to lecture the world again. Somehow, if the USA ends up suffering yet another disaster, they will still organise a conference as their safe space while continuing to lecture the world again while maybe this time, ignoring a radioactive crater. Cyrus Jansen is not destined to have a good year in light of this insanity. I don’t think he really predicted that the USA was simply this crazy and genocidal, I really do feel for his dream of peace but he must come to a conclusion that the USA is a lost cause and he should go back to China while he still can, at least to save himself and his family because I can respect that he is a westerner that doesn’t deserve to fall with the rest of the crazies. Even I though his idealism while a bit naive was really nice while it lasted

I don't believe that.

It is more like this guy was behind it.

That risk is like 1 in a trillion. The US and NATO agreeing to a Chinese led peace agreement would be a huge blow to their global standing and unipolar order.
The US will never agree to a Chinese peace deal. The whole point of the proposal is to divide Europe from the US and demonstrate to the Global South that the only responsible superpower in the world nowadays is China while the US is a warmonger and Europe is a bunch of idiots in a garden

Ukraine Latest: Zelenskiy Urges China to Take Pragmatic Stance

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy said he has directly appealed to China not to support Russia’s war effort and called on the leadership in Beijing to maintain a “pragmatic attitude” and help avert a wider global conflict.
“Our relationship with China has always been very good, we have had intense economic relations for many years, and it is in everyone’s interest that they do not change,” Zelenskiy was quoted as saying in Italian newspapers ahead of a visit to Kyiv by Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni expected as soon as Monday.
