It's funny how Blinken after meeting with Chinese officials in Munich, he immediately goes on the Sunday morning news round table shows to whine how China didn't apologize and then throw it out there China is thinking not confirming supplying Russia with lethal assistance. Just remember how Ukraine sent their Nazis to Hong Kong to help try break it away from China during protests there. It's only appropriate they get served the same dish they tried to serve China.
The US is playing with fire if they're so worried speculating in public what China hasn't done yet. Then you have Biden saying Xi doesn't want to upset China-US relations. Biden can't say the US doesn't want to upset China-US relations because that makes the US look weak so he does what Americans always do is speak for others on what they're thinking. They're the ones who seem to be working at that then they can say Xi is one double-talking not the US. I said in a earlier post that if the cancelled Blinken trip had happened, you would see an anti-China follow-up to counter from the US also. Looks like they were planning to accuse China of helping Russia in its war in Ukraine after Blinken goes to China to fake a goodwill meeting to make it then look China is the one ruining relations with the US.

Dioxin is not ionic, but a small organic molecule, and toxic even at ppm quantities. Ion exchange doesn't remove it and RO may let trace amounts through. What I'd do is standard water purifier filter, take the output of that and subject to 185 nm UV photolysis, then distillation. Take the output of that process, send it to a lab with high resolution GC-MS for ppb organics analysis. If it comes up negative for dioxins, we're good.
