Different roles. in theory, the president is more powerful, signs bills into laws, but practically speaking, has more of a representative and ceremonial role.
pm is the head of government and is the one voted by the people
current ones are very pro-west (understandably so)

He is already in jail because of just another sexual harassment accusation. He entered a hotel, and harrassed a waitress, a girl, and a group of old women. The video is old BTW. Just getting famous now. I remember seeing it in 2020. People cursed so much that he had to delete it from his account.

Side note: Terrorists are after him too and the landlord he is living with has an Interpol arrest warrant on him.

He ran away to Southern Cyprus which, of course, doesn't extradite criminals to Turkey. He is still there and the video was recorded in Southern Cyprus. He was almost going to get killed there too. His life was saved by a famous fitness coach living in Northern Cyprus. The guy is a piece of sh*t. These ladies should have called the police.

Good to know he is aleady in jail where he belongs. Gives Turkey a bad rep.

It's a good sign for a country, especially one as large as China, when your critics have to go back to an incident that happened 15 years ago to find something bad they can point to for their whataboutery.

He also ignores the fact the people responsible for the melamine scandal were executed. You can bet that no one responsible for catastrophe will see the inside of a prison cell.

The Pentagon’s top China official has arrived in Taiwan to meet with counterparts on the island, according to multiple media outlets. The reported visit is the first high-level defense delegation sent by Washington in several years, and comes at a time of soaring tensions with Beijing.

Michael Chase, the deputy assistant secretary of defense for China, traveled to Taiwan on Friday following meetings in Mongolia, the Financial Times reported, citing four unnamed officials. The Pentagon refused to confirm the visit, only saying that America’s “support for, and defense relationship with, Taiwan remains aligned against the current threat posed by the People’s Republic of China.”
