India has a long history of banning content/products and accusing corporations of tax evasion when they get at odds with a country or company. This is among the many reasons why they are quite unattractive to multinationals. Arbitrariness and economic success don't go together. China doesn't engage in such behavior.

As a long time follower of SC2, I can tell you that his win was a long-shot. Maru is an absolutely insane player. I didn't actually know who he is, and I only saw him play in the Semis and obviously, the Grand Final. A good write-up can be read

But anyway, this is definitely a serious upset, and I hope it opens the door to more Chinese SC2 players making top brackets in international tournaments, and it definitely made me quite interested in Chinese Starcraft 2 scene. I'm definitely looking forward to seeing more of him. Gonna need to watch his series vs Reynor. TvZ is by far the best matchup in the game (IMO).

But the recent announcement of Blizzard closures in China might dampen that burgeoning enthusiasm and hope for another Chinese hopefuls that want to compete in this gaming tournament.

Tiffani Kavalec, chief of the Division of Surface Water at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency, said the day after the derailment, the spill was contained to a 1.3-mile radius in Sulfer Run that leads to Leslie Run.

Kavalec said data from Feb. 10 shows low levels of two contaminates called Butyl acrylate and Ethylhexyl acrylate, which are volatile organic chemicals in Leslie Run.

Kavalec said the chemicals did spill into the Ohio River but since it is such a big body of water, it will be able to dilute pretty quickly.
