This happened a long time ago, after Marco's, it should have been Aquino, so it should have been Aquino who closed down Clark Air Force base and closed down Subic Bay naval base, evicting the Americans from the two most important bases there.
I doubt there is an American military presence in the Philippines toady that is remotely close to what Clark Air Force base or Subic Bay naval was like in the past. Brother ansy1968 would know. I think today there is nothing comparable. That is why the Americans want to comeback to those bases.
