Chifa ranks amongst the top foreign takes on Chinese food IMO. Lived in Peru for 4 years. I really can't say anything bad about Peruvian food. It's amazing.

Had some amazing food when we were there in 2014, especially on the Inca Trail. I'll give the guinea pigs a miss next time tho.

Things that are absolutely normal but you'd never see on Western mainstream media. Anything non-dystopian and/or weird is not allowed. For years I don't remember seeing anything that shows Chinese people being normal humans.
