I know Shein has a lot of shitty business practices and is generally horrible for the environment.
But its still interesting to see the long way China has come. Up until 2015, people wondered if China could rise above cheap manufactering to create global brands.

Landing on the moon is just the very first step of a long-term competition. It doesn't matter that much who will achieve the first goal. The eventual goal is the long-term colonization of the moon. China missed the opportunity to colonize the Americas. She will not miss the opportunity to colonize the moon.
