Meaning China doesn't have any "surplus" gas to re-sell to Europe after signing the latest Russian deal, the earlier "re-selling of American gas to Europe" was probably a short term marketing act like in the stock market.

Didn't Scholz go to Qatar (and/or UAE) not long ago trying to get a long term gas deal? Now we see the reason of his failure, the capacity has been booked long ago.
China cannot resell Russian natural gas supplied by pipeline. But they can resell Qatar LNG to Europe or anyone else in the world, which is shipped in LNG carrier tankers. Anyway, I can't wait for the birth of petroyuan!

Is he trying to insinuate that they are only good at making presentations?
Yup, the implication is that Indians are big talkers. That's one of the reasons there are so many Indian CEOs.

Let me guess: this is because China is one of TSMC's largest, if not the largest, customers?

He knew that sooner or later US would try to cannibalize TSMC. I wouldn't be surprised if US strongarm TSMC to expand solely in US .

To me, Canadians are the slimiest of them all. They are always so two-faced and pretend to be “sorry” and polite all the time. Reminds me of the Japanese. Makes me want to throw up every time I see a Canadian make a “sorry” joke.
Well, sorry about that.

Anyway, about the rations. At least from what I read about US practice, there are generally 3 levels, from highest to lowest: ranging from A-ration, where it is your stereotypical school lunch (sandwich, apple, etc), to B-ration, where it is your typical pre-packaged cafeteria food, to C-ration, which in modern days is actually MRE. Typically, you want the troops to eat the highest level of ration practicable, since it is usually fresh-er. But in battlefield condition is, unfortunately, the best one can do is the much-maligned MRE.

The ration in the picture looks like B-ration, which is a great morale booster if served hot, however it cannot be replacement for MRE/canned ration simply because it will spoil within the week even if it's precooked.

India democratic since Vedic times, had no aristocracy like in Greece: ICHR note

The note, circulated among Union ministries, underlines that the ancient democratic traditions explain the "survival of the Hindu culture and the civilisation in the face of the 2,000 years of invasions by alien ethnicities and cultures".

India is clearly the most egalitarian society in the world, compared to the backwards ancient nation of Greece.

The US plan to threaten African, South America, Asian, etc countries into compliance over Russia are going to be DOA. Those guys can’t compete against the developed economics for LNG and the only ones left that is open for business would be Russia.
