Smartest Yuan Dynasty/Qing Dynasty simp be like:
Not really. The Yuan and Qing all viewed themselves as the proper heirs of the Chinese civilization. Even the Ming recognized the Yuan as their predecessor. Their literary, territorial, and cultural contributions were huge, particularly the ones from the Qing. Plus that user’s own ancestors truly got dominated by foreigners as you can tell from his name. I guarantee you that he can’t even read Mongolian scripts while Chinese Inner Mongolians can. The user is projecting his inferiority complex onto others.

These are just projections of Western white supremacist ideas on China. It is true that the ruling elite of China wasn't Han for half of the last millennium but that is irrelevant because nations, as we know them today, didn't exist back then. The idea of nations is mostly a modern idea. It is so global and fundamental which leads people to think it always existed but that is simply not true. The said Mongol ruling elite used to sell their tribal slaves to Han and Arab landlords to finance their luxurious lifestyles. Over time this led to Mongols becoming the lowest caste of Yuan Empire unless they were nobles. Most of the Yuan army that conquered China was Han and there were a lot of Mongols in uprisings against the Yuan Dynasty. As I said, never think about nations while reading about pre-1700s history. The concept didn't exist. There were just ruling factions and their lands. Qing and Yuan Dynasties played the political game well and they found a lot of supporters, which included a lot of Hans as the demographics of East Asia would mandate. That enabled them to rule lands that we today know as China.

And if we are talking about modern times, the term "Chinese" includes all ethnicities living in China, a gift to China by the Qing Dynasty. Both ROC and PRC wisely adopted the same policy too.

I don’t think things were banned, there were very large anti-dumping tarrifs put on some products. All those categories of goods still get exported to China.

Any reports of declining trade between Aus and China is due to the falling price of Iron Ore mainly.

The problem is the global flow of money from the US to China, then from China to Australia for Iron Ore, then from Australia to the US for arms to be used against China. The solution is to balance trade between Australia and China, which will eliminate the trade surplus used to buy US arms.

How China does this is really smart, it involves so many things, and the end result is that Australia’s cash cow is going away forever.

They are moving production of steel intensive parts near steel mills fed with local iron ore in other countries.

They are replacing steel with carbon fiber, things like train carriage bogeys, this reduces the need for Ore AND increases steel recycling.

They are using chemistry to develop greener and cheaper processes to work with lower quality ores which increases the availability of useful ore deposits globally. That means Australia’s current clients Iron Ore clients become their future competitors.

China is also taking stakes in Australian mines, and has a limit on how much they must own by 2025. So even if the prices increases a lot, half the profit goes back to China.

China can offer this technology to Korea and Japan, Australia’s 2 biggest non-Chinese clients.

Every western economy is in the dump except for America. They need to beg Xi for investment yet at the same want to appear "tough" on China to appease America.

Maybe America can get away with it but if you're a country like Canada, France, Germany you have no chance. Get on your knees and beg.

Transcription of the conversation:

Xi - “我们聊天的内容告诉报纸了,这不合适啊。而且我们也不是那样进行的。** 如果有诚心,咱们就应互相尊重的态度来进行很好的沟通。否则这个结果就不好说了”。[** Translator cut off by Trudeau at here.]
Trudeau - "In Canada, we believe in a free and open and frank dialogue, which we will continue to have and we will continue to look to work constructively together, but there will be things we will disagree on, and we will have to …" [Cut off by Xi here.]
Xi - “创造条件,创造条件”。
Xi - (while walking away) “很天真”。
Canada appears like a sovereign country but identifies itself as a vegetative car crash victim who is neither aware of what its state apparatus is doing nor capable of doing anything to affect it, even when it clearly could do both(because no independent judiciary/law enforcement would arrest and trial a foreign national who's just passing though). And anyone who says otherwise are simply oppressive backward thinkers who just don't get it.

And btw, I wouldn't call Canada or Trudeau "Naive" or anything of the sort, he knows exactly what they are doing and know they could get away with it because Anglo media owns half of the world. They know they could call a deer a horse and the average westerner would either sheepishly nod along or pretend not to see it (because it's too embarrassing to acknowledge such an obvious sham).

I never thought that deliberately acting as stupid and coy as possible is a legitimate diplomatic response, but Anglo proved that anything can work when you own global media.
It is exact same thing as handwaving away responsibility for starting Destructive wars based on false premises that nobody else wanted every 20 years by robotically chanting "Democracy, Human rights and Rule of Law" ad nauseum.

In Kazakhstan, they protest against the "ragged" cars from Russia "without ABS and ecology"

Kazakhstanis are not happy with the appearance of "dirty" and unsafe cars, the release of which in Kazakhstan is allowed from November 15

The Kazakhstani movement "No to the waste collection" opposed the "ragged" Russian cars. Social activists demand that the authorities immediately cancel the decree allowing the production of low-emission vehicles without anti-lock braking systems, airbags and SOS buttons on the territory of the republic. According to the protesters, the release of such cars will not only have a detrimental effect on the environment, but also significantly worsen road safety.

In Russia, we recall, in the spring they legalized the production of “simplified” cars, but such cars could not be delivered anywhere except Belarus.

. The permit for the production of "ripped" Russian cars will be valid until February 1, 2023, and then, probably, it will be extended.

In Kazakhstan, they protest against the ragged cars from Russia without ABS and ecology
The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan noted that the relaxation was made to support KamAZ and AvtoVAZ, with which Kazakh assembly sites cooperate. Arsen Shakuov, President of the Kazakhstan Association "Safe Road", noted that the absence of ABS, airbags and SOS buttons will not greatly affect the statistics of road accidents in Kazakhstan. However, the public does not agree with him.
These vehicles cost $10K. so dont expect latest tech in them in volume production. but size of market is such that ultimately parts without Western IP will be developed. these vehicles need to priced even lesser than used Toyota.

“AvtoVaz has resumed production of Lada Granta vehicles equipped with airbags for the driver and front passenger. The price of the basic version of Granta, equipped with a driver's airbag, starts from RUB602,800 ($10,000) under the state program of preferential lending, which is valid only until December 1, 2022 (or RUB753,500 at normal rates),” the statement said.
The Lada Granta and the 2022 Lada Niva Legend models are currently being produced in "simplified" versions and missing many of the standard accessories. However, various security systems are being reintroduced such as the Era-Glonass emergency warning system, which is based on the Russian GPS system. This feature has not been available since last September due not to sanctions, but a shortage of microchips that hit the whole industry.
Earlier, AvtoVaz announced plans to launch the production of cars with anti-lock braking system (ABS) from 2023. According to the head of the company Maxim Sokolov, after that ESP lateral stability system, which stabilises the vehicle when sharp turns and slopes, preventing him from skidding will be reintroduced.
