Of course it is...this whole Climate change thing while noble in concept the actual practice and implementation is just another way for the west to maintain it's hold on the world by ensuring idiotic countries and western boot licking chumps in Asia/ASEAN would be more than willing to sacrifice their countries economic vitality to gain points from their lord and saviors. At the same time blaming China for the pollution and environmental degradation.
That was my conclusion 5 years ago, 2022 has pretty much confirmed this for me when European countries went back to dirty fuel.
ps: Don't get me wrong i like a clean and healthy environment more and hope China can share their experience with other developing nations like don't cut down all your forest because it will take decades of intense work to restore it etc.

The thing about Republicans is they say they accept minorities into their party but that's only if they only think about what whites needs and not about what their own people need. I agree with the argument that most people hold conservative values but it's laughable how the Republicans don't understand how come minorities don't join them in droves. It's because it's whites first. Even the people who think of themselves as liberals expect others to sacrifice for what they want and not themselves and that's why liberals find it difficult getting people on board with what they want. It's the same song but just sung to a different tune.
Ppl should note that Europe burning dirty fossil fuel is fascist. They're saying that Europeans living in even more comfort is more worthy than black lives in Africa.
