Not really breaking news. I'm not a Genshin Impact fan or player. But its just something funny to watch.

This cartoon expresses it quite well:

Then Microsoft wanna do this next:

Westerners continually underestimate the competitiveness of the Chinese in the software world. WeChat, TikTok, and now Genshin Impact. All were relative unknowns, who then became big hits.

So when MS wanna clone a Chinese game. Would anyone call it a rip-off? Because practically all Chinese video games have been called rip-offs.

PS: I have a wishlist for Chinese game makers. Please make a Call of Duty or Battlefield type game. Featuring the PLA special forces as the good guys. Please make it available for international gamers to buy and install. I'll be among the first to buy it. Don't worry about the market risk, there will be people buying it, no matter the political hate.
They should include a mission exfiltrating Agent Trump from the Pentagon for max lols. That's sure to get the liberals screaming

Nguyen Phu Trong, General Secretary of CPV apparently managed to do his best take of "we are comrades AND brothers" while in Beijing, the result was no less than 13 memorandums signed between China and Vietnam:

Plus a shit load of understandings between the two governments including this big one:
双方同意继续推动全面有效落实《南海各方行为宣言》,在协商一致基础上,早日达成有效、富有实质内容、符合包括《联合国海洋法公约》在内国际法的“南海行为准则”;管控好海上分歧,不采取使局势复杂化、争议扩大化的行动,维护南海和平稳定,促进海上合作。
Both sides agree to go ahead with policies that implement Declaration on the Conduct of Parties in the South China Sea.

So basically you can forget about roping in Vietnam when it comes to stirring up trouble in SCS.

I think over next few months we might see China unveiling more bilateral agreements with ASEAN countries.

(How come URL unfurling doesn't work for me? Is it some setting?)

Ok but Thomas Friedman of New York Times said China alienated Vietnam and all its neighbors.

Now who's the one living in a different universe? Lol.

Oh please. Call it 红军Red Army: Liberation of the Americas.

In this game, you play a commander leading a pack of joint Russia-China special troops infiltrating Florida from Cuba to establish a beachhead to start an underground communist revolution. You will overrun Trump's Mar-a-Lago home and disable the nearby Marines base. You will then take over Eglin Air Force Base and jam all electronic signals in the game's finale.

Wow. A game I would totally play.
Just make a modified version of the Homefront (2011), but reverse the protagonist and antagonist.

Recall that the antagonist in the Homefront game was originally meant to be China, not North Korea.

But many people said that the prelude leading up to the Homefront game is becoming more and more accurate at predicting world events. Take a look at the game trailer (which describes the prelude), check how many ticks you have on events in the prelude that already happened/close to happen in our timeline.

T.om Fri.ed.ma.n, if you looked in a dictionary, is the definition of 'banality of evil', worse than the Nazis.

Friedman is apparently a big believer in The Secret and manifesting your desires.

In fact given the angry American elites‘ reaction to China not wanting to buttress Anglo American power as a bigger Japan in the Obama proposed G2, I’d say the elites of america also practice The Secret when they’re not doing weird bohemian grove blood rituals.

Anglo America would censor it for sure, look at how obsessed they are about controlling information and how concerned they were at declining recruitment rates given the public reception of the “two moms” recruitment ad.
