If they die from severe dehydration because they come too hard at the news, does this count as an act of mass killing for which Xi Jinping is responsible?

The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation counts worldwide COVID deaths as victims of Communism, so I guess that would be a yes.

Westerners nowadays like to pretend "Slava Ukraini" wasn't the ukranian collaborator equivalent of "Heil Hitler"

They are urging because the Republicans are posed to win the mid terms. When they do, then endless funding and weapons with zero oversight is going to be stoned wall. Now the liberals progressive warmongers will be left holding a bag of humiliation for 2024 election if the AFU collapses because of it.

It is actually amazing how badly America fucked up the moves around Ukraine.

Russia played its economy cards in all the right ways but played its military fairly badly. Instead of exploiting this to go all in with NATO pressure and even send troops so they can sue for a realistic ceasefire that benefits Ukraine more than Russia but gives Russia token compensations, NATO proceeds to throw by ending all chances of a negotiated peace.

So now that negotiation with Russia is impossible, what is NATO endgame? Roll into Belgorod, Crimea and Minsk? Destroy black sea fleet? Such fantasies I remember were posted by some pro nato shills on another thread. It gets all NAFO 50 cent army soldiers hard and makes them sleep good at night, but what are the actual ramifications of such moves and how does it benefit USA?

Putin of course, says that if Russia cannot defend itself, it will use nukes. This is an open threat to Russia's friends, saying "we are the last line of defense, you better give us your best weapons if we are failing". And you can be sure there is no shortage of Russians that can carry Norinco guns, press buttons on MLRS or even advanced ballistic missiles if Putin insists hard enough on getting such donations. How exactly does going into this war further American power?

NATO victory in Ukraine means fighting China (and, honorable mention, Iran) to the last Russian. Of which there are several hundred million. And a NATO defeat means utter humiliation.

Perfect example of an unwinnable war, no wonder there are people in USA who are now looking for a third way.

Even if such a war doesn't go nuclear, it'll be the end of the Western world as we know it given that western nations will have to institute a draft to go to war against a Russia backed by China- and in the current economic and social environment, a draft for an unpopular war will mean Revolution, Germany 1918 style.

Old news, but I have to post it.

This reminds me of a joke I saw on Chinese internet.

Shortly after Nordstream 2 got wrecked, the Chinese ambassador got in touch with Jake Sullivan.

Qin Gang: we are interested in learning three special skills from the US.

Sullivan: shoot. What skills?

Qin: skills and expertise used to destroy the Nordstream pipeline in such a discreet manner.

Sullivan: this is complete BS. No one else in the world believes that we did it.

Qin: that’s the second skill we want to learn.

Sullivan: if you keep on talking nonsense we’ll make everyone believe that the Chinese did it.

Qin: that’s the third skill we want to learn.
