This guy is normally quite against China but this is true. If India doesn't play this down, this is pretty much the end of Indian-German friendly engagement. Somebody should tell European politicians that you don't get people to cooperate by messing with issues they deem sensitive.
I want to preface that I’m not being sarcastic, I’m truly ignorant on this matter (and many others).
… why do they feel like they have a responsibility wrt to Kashmir? Was is administered by germans in the past?

No connection what so ever, just us puppets doing us puppet things.

Virtue calling is a skill the west has mastered to prevent uprising at home.

10 years ago US sec state Hillary Clinton was lecturing China about free speech on the Internet, now America's largest tech and financial institutions are openly stealing money from those whose speech doesnt tow the government line...

I still remember back when these internet social platforms only removed content for violating the law (such as a death threat etc) but now anyone can get deplatformed and blackholed by simply questioning the government or not supporting its war efforts.

This slide down the slippery slope from "as long as the speech doesnt violate the law" to "as long as its not against our terms of services" to "as long as the content isnt inconsistent with our so-called "community guildlines" "

Paypal is now a bona fide enforcememt branch of the US gov, this is essentially civil forfeiture under another name

This is one of the indicators of how far and fast the Empire has fallen from that supposedly shining beacon on the hill

So now they are saying that the Chinese police is doing a better job than the US covert op? Remember the post about US special force's snatching people in China? Seems that China is so daring to set police stations in the US. o_O :D
Not just in the US -

Ok, but these are not real Chinese Police stationed in foreign countries. They are local Chinese community workers assisting administrative (paper) works for oversea Chinese citizens who are not able to travel back to China during pandemic.

Here is the details in Chinese.

Example, a Chinese citizen living in Sweden whose Chinese driving license is to expire, due to pandemic he can not travel back to China to extend his driving license, so he called "oversea 110" which is back in Fuzhou, get things done over video chat, get his new paper sent to his home in China then forwarded to Sweden. There is no Chinese officer abroad. The so-called "oversea" station is made up of Chinese local residents who serves as an information desk.

Honestly, it is stupid to put up such misleading signs, and I blame both the Fuzhou police department and the local Chinese. My original post was a joke about the western hysteria, but now it seems that some Chinese are responsible for that hysteria.:(

Thing is, these are the Chinese overseas "police stations" that Fox News article is referring to.

So you're right, it is such a joke, the hysterics and the fact Fuzhou Province has such international reach to begin with. Why else you think I posted it in the Funny thread instead of passing it off as "news" on here?

It's probably due to lack of fluency in the english language. And they don't understand the extent of anti-China fearmongering in the west. So they end up being played by western media.

EDIT: I do want to note that western media will always look for a bad angle when it comes to their China coverage. However in this case, the Fuzhou department and local Chinese center gave the media all the ammunition. Really poor use of media communications imo..
