MBS better watch his back.

That said, shouldn’t Dems be backing renewable energy anyway? Why so much impotent rage at cutting of fossil fuel consumption. I almost get the feeling that they don’t really care about green house gas emissions at all unless it could be used to destabilize domestic and foreign opposition.

Mid Terms. It’s about 1 month away now. Imagine the gas prices at the pumps skyrocketing again right before you vote. The democrats will be slaughtered and gutted if there is huge OPEC cuts alongside Russian price caps. There won’t be a green agenda if they are just a carcass sitting in a meat shop.

OPEC+ does not succumb to US pressure, and now the UAE intends to support Russia and Saudi Arabia in their plans to reduce oil production.

This is reported by the Financial Times.

The Biden administration is putting pressure on OPEC+ countries to prevent a reduction in oil production.

Countries do the best for the countries interest. US is messing with the gulf nations main income. I think US is finding out there are limits to their hard power short of regime change.

OPEC+ will hold meetings once every two months instead of once every month from now on.

At this time, Biden cannot afford to be sleepy right now and that idiot Yelen needs to STFU in regards to these stupid schemes that is going to make many nations suffer. Just because the USA fu@led ups its economy doesn’t mean they need to drag the rest of the world down to. I mean look at Europe right now. Does the Middle East need to bend over backwards to make the USA happy right now. At this point, a sad USA can only be a good thing because if their is one thing I hate about western villains, is that they never seem to suffer enough, I.e Hostel where in that movie, the villains get dispatched quickly compared to the torture the protagonist suffers. To be honest if there is one thing the west needs to learn, villains need to suffer in proportion to the scale of the evil they commit, not get a slap in the wrist like the USA does repeatedly for all the invasions they pull, yet never seems to suffer for it. If their is a real God, the USAs fall needs to be as horrifying and brutal as possible for the world to take a hint that justice might take time, but it will be worth the wait and the results will suit the crime as it should be.

The expected cut by OPEC+ members is not only related to market conditions. OPEC members realize that If the G7 oil price cap on Russian crude is successful or partially successful, it will be used against them. Derailing this effort before it starts becomes important

Reddit melting down right now calling for an invasion of Saudi Arabia and Iran, to seize their oil wells.

Meanwhile US politicians calling to completely cut off Saudi Arabia from aviation and probably other critical markets.

China in the corner hearing nothing but the cash register, lol: getting cheap oil and gas from Russia and having a possible captive market for the C919 in Saudi Arabia.

Edit: Suddenly people calling for a massive increase in renewable energy like solar panels.
Hey, just out of curiosity, who's the largest solar panel manufacturer in the world? Where are they based?

Edit2: Oh my god suddenly everyone going around getting ready to buy electric vehicles and calling for a massive switch to EVs. Hey, who's the world leader in EVs?
