They only want guardrails so they can continue salami slicing China’s red lines with more safety, and red telephones in case they fuck that up.

China should rightly tell them where to shove their requests as there would be no need for any of this if America would stop trying to stir shit up in China’s front yard.

Doesn't he have diplomatic immunity?
Yes, I think he's been declared persona non grata and expelled back to the UK.

The Poles appear to still be detained and will likely be charged with espionage. In Iran I'm sure the punishment won't be light.

Typical NATO in action, get the eastern Europeans to do the dirty work and get left holding the bag.

Apparently, his a former diplomat for Tehran since 2021 Dec or like 6 months ago. Many articles seem to discard that fact. Beside him. The spouse of an Austrian diplomat got arrested alongside them lol

China’s Korean expats, students lament loss of jobs and opportunities as mass exodus comes into focus

  • China was once seen as a land of opportunity for South Koreans, but as their businesses close and livelihoods come under threat, that perception has reversed
  • However, not all Koreans can simply upend their entire lives – often built over several decades in China – and their struggle reflects a rising dilemma facing foreigners

Wait. I thought that South Koreans generally see themselves as superior and better-in-all-aspects to those inferior, impoverished and illiterate Chinese?

Case-&-Point: Their boastfulness and arrogance were put on full display across the comment sections of the Internet when their athletes were caught pants down breaking the rules by China's own 4K high-definition ultra-high-speed cameras during the Beijing Winter Olympics earlier this year.

Bet you didn't expect me watching you, huh?

Apart from the very popular "China stole our food, attire, tradition and culture" BS from the South Koreans, you can either have some of them went as far as proudly claiming that they once had an empire that is larger than the Mongols:

Or that they were once the eastern version of the British Empire as well:

In case anyone wonders, that's how the "the universe country" (宇宙国) come to be as an affectionate nickname for South Korea by Chinese netizens. Why? Because sooner or later, they are going to claim that the universe belongs to South Korea, and that the Big Bang actually occured in South Kor--

Damn it.

They are already ahead.
