It does have a reason, the Dutch government has been holding a lawfare war against its farmers for like a decade plus or so. Each time choking the farmers with more and more regulations.
The rising cost of living is just pushing buttons all over Dutch society. Hell even middle class people are now even visiting food banks or are not able to pay their energy bills.
Im from the rural parts of the Netherlands so i have been hearing all these farmer complains for years when i go meet old friends in a bar after a couple of beers
If that's the way NATO aligned states think then it needs to made absolutely clear that any such racist driven action(s) will result in their total destruction and nothing less.
