Who's more stupider? India thinking they can get advanced and trending international companies to build a factory in India or these international corporations accepting such conditions in the first place. India wants a short-cut to claim they're an advanced country when they have nothing domestically to show for it. Western and even Chinese companies only think about making money from a billion plus market when it's so obvious India wants to prevent any outsiders from taking the money they make from leaving India.

I still feel this is one development that can turn this whole ukrainian mess into an even hotter mess (new british joint chief of staff said in his inaugural speech There is now a burning imperative to forge an Army capable of fighting alongside our allies and defeating Russia in battle.)
can Kaliningrad be resupplied by sea, or would russian ships be seized?

Prior to the February 2021 power change, the Indian and Myanmar armies reportedly undertook joint operations in the Sagaing region to flush out the PLA and other insurgent groups. In May 2020, the Myanmar army handed over 22 insurgents, including two from the PLA, to India, apparently after prodding by India's national security adviser, Ajit Doval.

Russia has a direct sea access to Kaliningrad through non territorial waters. Preventing ships from entering Kaliningrad would mean the West has imposed a naval blockade and likely started WW3.
