Germany is a US vassal state that is not only still occupied by the Anglo-Americans but also has its institutions heavily infiltrated by US agents (really Quislings) that basically serve as US lobbyist and puppets in Germany and Europe.

The current "political" authorities in German do not represent Germany or the will of its people. Also keep in mind, that Anti-Russian propaganda via US agents in Germany has been reaching new levels of absurdity.

Germany is not a sovereign country.

Strange … for me as a German it sounds more than arrogant to be judged by someone who seems to know NOTHING about us Germans.

I know Germans and Germany well enough to know and to see how the cookie crumbles in that country when it comes to geopolitics. I know that Germany is not in an easy position given geopolitical, geographic, and economic realities but Germany is not doing itself or Europe any favor by supporting US aggression in Europe and elsewhere.

I wished Europe would have aimed for an independent and responsible foreign and security policy but Germany as well as many other European nation decided to continue being a collection of US vassal states and US protectorates. Europe (including Germany) had 30 years to get their house in order when it came to foreign and security policy but they decided against that.

Back 2014 , Germany decided to sanction Russia for supporting the people of the Donbas and reuniting with Crimea. Yet Germany failed to sanction the US for funding and organizing the coup that toppled the government of Ukraine, that lead to the Russian response.

This "Rules for me (or my boss) and rules for thee" attitude displayed by the US-controlled West would inevitably lead to bigger problems down the road and Germany knew this but it went along with what its Washington DC bosses said and did anyway.

War is bad, regardless if it is justified or not. This entire Ukraine proxy war/civil war/open war fiasco could have all been prevented if Europe (Germany in particular) would have shown some spine and some reason but they ended up choosing differently. Transatlanticist/Neoconservatist/Neoliberal ideology has won out over reason and prudence.

Germany could have been a voice of reason within NATO and persuaded it that keeps expanding eastwards will bring war back to europe
Germany could have used its economic clout within EU to persuaded it that joining CAI is in EU best interest
Germany could have built a stable trading relationship with russia and keeps energy prices low which is vital for german industries
Too bad its leadership is unwilling or unable to pursue such common sense policies, why? I think everybody here knows why

It's just a visit. US has done many visits in the past. This warrants a strong warning from China and targeted individual sanctions, nothing more, nothing less. When push comes to shove,
And how does that invalidate what i'm saying? You seems upset because of : "CN is weaker"
US won't do jack shit to directly intervene and militarily protect Taiwan, regardless of how little bit stronger US is.
Maybe but crippling sanctions will come
