With the recent developments in Ukraine and Europe as Finland and Sweden are both seeking to expedite the entry of both nations into NATO, and Russia vowing to take action to "rebalance" the situation in Eastern Europe (sources below):

Do you think that Russia would take action against Finland and Sweden right before they could join NATO?

Would said action be Russia launching nukes at Finland and Sweden? Or would they just quickly mass their troops up against Finish border with Russia and then launch a conventional invasion-attack against the two aspiring NATO countries?

Most of the population of Finland is in the south. Not too far from the border with Russia. They also only have 5m people. Sweden has 10m people. Strategically holding Sweden isn't useful. But Finland is way too close to St. Petersburg for comfort. Like I said here before. There is just no way Russia will let them be a part of NATO in the long term I think. They would sooner let Georgia join NATO.

I also think they are being foolish in thinking being part of NATO makes any difference. I think Russia stopped caring about that, at least since last February, when they said NATO had to roll back to 1997 borders. That implies Russia expects a direct confrontation with NATO.

Rogozin also posted that satellite picture of NATO headquarters in Belgium some time back. And people still did not get the message.
A Kinzhal can strike Belgium from Russian airspace. And Russia has said more than once they would consider the "decision centers" of the enemy as viable targets in a conflict. Regardless of wherever they were located. Even if that was in a NATO country.

You also saw the photo leak of the laptop with a sticker claiming it came from the E-3 NATO base in Germany.

The Russians have been dropping hints of possible targets all this time. People still don't get it.

In short, does that mean we should expect a nuclear World War 3 to break out as soon as Finland and Sweden applies for NATO membership? (Plsu considering that Ukraine had just made a U-turn recently and will join NATO)

Also, do you have the source for the photo leak of the laptop regarding E-3 German NATO base?

Not sure maybe the US should sit with Russia and come to compromise no anti missile or missile in NATO regions surrounding Russia.

Not necessarily. Like I said, I think Russia does not care if a country is in NATO or not anymore, in terms of attacking it or not. Russia will try to pick the time and mode of the counter most appropriate for them. I think at this point in time adding more countries to NATO instead of strengthening the alliance will actually weaken it. If these countries expect more US support than what Ukraine is getting right now, they will be in deep shit once Russia does attack one or several of them at the same time, and daddy US doesn't come. It will probably break NATO into tiny little pieces. And if Russia is still sanctioned to the degree they are right now, they don't have much to lose from an offensive posture.

A lot of people thought Putin would eventually attack the Baltics to prove this point. But if Finland joins they become an even more interesting target than the Baltics would ever be to demonstrate this.

France should have kept with nuclear instead of switching to the latest fad that is renewables.
All the variable load of the wind solar plants meant they needed to import gas.
France built the nuclear power plants after the oil crisis to replace fuel oil burning power plants. And now they replaced it with another dependency.

It is Germany that is closing their nuclear power plants.

That was really weird i think there is more to it than just anti nuclear mindset.

I wouldn't be surprised they didn't do enough maintenance to keep those nuclear power plants going.
They just needed a good excuse to close it and save face by not looking like some eastern European country that is usually
associated as countries that don't give a fuck about maintenance.
