Which tells you that they're not going to follow through with their threats. It would only force China to help Russia and they even say that would be disastrous for the West. They're all worried about China changing the international landscape. Well that would certainly push it that direction.

Nope. Argentine should have skin in the game so that local interest groups don't try to derail the project and then the gov ignores China.

At least 10% should be financed by Argentina

No.

China was going to loan them 85% of the cost of construction, now they want to borrow 100% of the cost.

The loan would be paid back over a number of years of operation through higher electricity prices for the output of the reactor after it starts producing electricity.

How that guy behaved in that video is emblematic to the fundamental racism I have been talking about. It has nothing to do with what/which/why/how/when China or Chinese do or not. It is just that, "Chinese". It almost becomes their belief or religion. Therefore, it is what it is regardless of what or if China may or may not do.

In most of normal times, I really could care less. But those morons might bring their shat to a nuclear or MAD situation. So that, to me, is the only scenario I have to pay attention to how those morons behave.
