One of the reasons why I think these Russian sanctions are unenforceable in reality. Russia is one of the biggest markets for Germany car manufacturers. You don't so goodbye to $30 billion a year overnight without it significantly damaging your own economy.
The $42Billion so called investment was a down-payment for buying the Indians support against Russia. The west really loves to project their B.S. to China, and yet here we are witnessing India essentially being pressured by the spineless, bushido b.s. Japanese to do their bidding. I had to subscribe to Formula 1 TV just to watch Zhou race this season.
He drove a mature yet aggressive race, managing to overtake a couple of cars ahead of him when he ended up falling several places down to 20th from 14th place (qualifying) due to gearbox, vibration issues with their clutch per Valtteri Bottas comment post-race interview. Zhou was only .385 away from his idol Fernando Alonso on the last lap prior to the safety car. He could have managed to finish 9th or 10th without the aid from the retirements of both Red Bull cars. So overall, Zhou's race craft was on point, he just needs to work on his weakness which is qualifying and bad starts.
