He's an American, and further more, loves America. He only happens to be of Chinese ethnic background. I rather have him stay in America happy and accepting of his fate, rather than him going back to China reluctantly, becomes unproductive, unimaginative, dull, and miserable.

Us Chinese/Asians must accept that there are a fair amount of us that are enamored from the promise, and the ideals of America. Let those people leave if they so desire, so that those Chinese and Asians who lovingly stay work on achieving the collective Chinese people's goal towards China's great rejuvenation.

From the looks of it, he's still traumatized from the ordeal. Reliving that kind of unpleasant experience every time he goes to work is not a wise choice. Moving to a different environment would do wonders for his well-being.

To each their own, I guess. His life, his choice. Though I do feel bad for him. Awful situation to be in..

Yep!! I try to occasionally watch different Indian debate shows just to get a glimpse of what the Indian media looks like, and to see if there's an actual variety or different of opinions as they say they do when it comes to domestic politics because we all know when it comes to China, Indian media is in UNISON. But back to Arnab, this dude is pretty tame on his broadcast due to the international guests and the fact that the topic of discussion doesn't pertain to India vs China but the current war that's happening in Europe. You'll see this Indian guy scream from the top of his lungs like a freaking lunatic lol....I read, that's how (Arnab) managed to make a name for himself and made his channel a hit in India.

Article says his a Canadian citizen working in the US with Chinese descent. His better off going back to Canada then staying in the US with Republicans and Trump posed to make a huge comeback in 2022/2024 if safety is the concern.

There's no difference If that dude comes back to Canada, there's nothing for him to go back to since Canada is pretty much the 51st state of the U.S. May I remind you that this is the same country that had to scrap their own advance fighter plane program the Avro Arrow. During then P.M. Diefenbaker's conservative government, the Avro Arrow was forced to be cancelled succumbing from the pressure of then U.S. President Kennedy's administration. There was an alleged concern that the Avro Arrow program would undercut U.S. own Phantom plane program. So the Canadian fighter plane program was shuttered and it's key engineers, scientists were then poached, hand picked by NASA, and the vast bossom of the U.S. military industrial complex.

As I said from above. If the concern is safety. It’s better to be in Canada than the US. You are more likely to be strapped to a concrete block and thrown off a boat over there by the FBI than the RCMP.
