This is probably fake news.
Romania is probably too far away from where the action is.
Also, if true, this type of escalation will tank the financial markets. That did not happen.
If you compare the liveuamap and southfront updates, actuality probably lies somewhere in-between.
Is that a Canadian government vehicle?
I want to know why they are driving an (R?)S5, how much are those in China? They aren't cheap in Canada...
Most forums, twitters, and Reddits have been overrun by Ukrainian supporters. It is so one sided that it is really wasted of time to read them. Too much fake news from both sides but Ukrainian fake news have become too dominant that it is spreading to every where.
It took NATO one week to do the formation before final assault. Russia if it decided to launch a siege of Kyiv, it would not happen soon. Although, it would be very bloody. Not sure it would be what Putin wanted or Putin sees something that we don't know of. Right now it is Mariupol and Kharkiv are the focus in the next few days.
It is very bloody at the moment. Fighting is mostly outskirts of Mariupol. Azov Regiment isn't going down without a fight. Russian troops wanted blood as they hate Azov with vengeance.

Being an European nation, Serbia is in a tough spot and under enormous pressure.
China abstained at the UNGA resolution condemning Russia because the resolution's support for state sovereignty was insufficient. India and South Africa abstained for the same reason.
I imagine China would have totally supported the resolution had it also condemned US arms sales to Taiwan.
