We are witnessing America's desperation for the Phase 1 trade deal. They warn, threaten, shout, at China, but Xi knows that Americans are full of hot air.

If they have the guts, let's go for Trade War 2.

The US might be tricking the world with its bogus CPI inflation data of only 7%, but speak to the common people and they will tell you its already double digits and still going up. If prices of Chinese imports to the US are raised by another 10%, the US will implode

Blinken, Jake Sullivan, Biden can joke all they want, but we all know that China is in a very strong position of strength.

Let's see if they dare to put tariffs (hint: they don't)

Lol losing patience. They are just mad China won’t follow the US on being a Warhawk with Russia.

Maybe if the US didn’t sanction everything that Chinese companies wanted to buy and make an unreliable US supply chain then maybe the goal would have been reached.

"American exceptionalism" makes them believe they can have their cake and eat it too. Essentially they feel entitled to the entire world's benefits while externalizing costs. If they cannot have it their way they will lash out with any tools available to them.

They feel entitled to China's assistance on supporting their interests while violating China's interests and even core interests. This is against common sense but America feels it can go against common sense with their hard/soft power.

Honestly, I feel like the US China Hawks in both Dems/Repub want to block almost everything to China but wants them to “fulfill” their trade deal by buying soybeans at a 5000% premium to the market and energy at a 1000% premium.

The strong shall stand while the weak shall fall. This has always been the West’s perspective of life. You got to remember that each civilization and country has their own perspective of what’s right and wrong.
